If you are traveling for a special occasion and require extra amenities such as specific refreshments, floral arrangements, or themed decorations, simply let us know your needs when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please note that all special amenities must be paid in full in advance.

Can I make last-minute changes to my reservation if my flight is delayed or canceled?

Yes, we can adjust your pick-up time to accommodate your new arrival schedule at no additional cost. However, please be aware that, due to limited vehicle and driver availability, you may need to wait for your transfer. Flexible cancellation policies are in place for the private and shared transfer service. You can call to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without any charges.

What if I have excess luggage?

We encourage customers to consider their luggage when selecting a vehicle for their transfer to avoid any issues. If in doubt, please ask us during the booking process to ensure your chosen vehicle can accommodate all your items. If the booked vehicle cannot accommodate all your luggage, we can schedule a baggage delivery service for a fee, subject to availability.

Can I bring pets with me?

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome as part of your family. Customers are responsible for any stains or odors caused by their pets, and a refundable deposit of up to $250 may be required if the animal is not traveling in a kennel. Additionally, pets weighing over 10 kilos (22 pounds) that are not in a kennel will be considered as passengers. We recommend checking with us beforehand to confirm that your chosen vehicle can accommodate your pets comfortably. Please note that we do not provide seatbelts for pets. Service animals and emotional support animals are also subject to the same policies.

Do you offer baby/child safety seats?

Yes, we offer baby and child safety seats free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you need a safety seat and provide the age and size of your child. We cannot guarantee the availability of the seat if it is not requested in a timely manner. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own car seat. In either case, the seat must be secured by the parent.
